The Warcraft Movie Trailer Drops Friday, But We’ve Got Pics And A Poster Now

Earlier today, director Duncan Jones (who also made Moon, Source Code, and, in case you didn’t know, is David Bowie’s son) tweeted an announcement that the first trailer of his live-action adaptation of Blizzard’s seminal gaming franchise, Warcraft, will be arriving in four days.

Update: Here’s a teaser for the trailer:

Friday, November 6 seems like a logical choice to debut the trailer, because that’s the day Blizzcon kicks off its annual weekend-long event at the Anaheim Convention Center. Zug zug!

But you don’t have to wait that long for a taste of the movie: Legendary Pictures unveiled the film’s poster this afternoon.

And just yesterday, /Film unveiled a trio of images that will be included in the latest issue of Empire Magazine. These aren’t just any pics, but rather a glimpse at three of the film’s main characters:

Anduin Lothar (Travis Fimmel)

Durotan (Toby Kebbel)

Orgrim Doomhammer (Robert Kazinsky)

All your base are belong to Warcraft when the film hits theatres June 10, 2016.
